Privacy Policy

CRM-ish is developed and operated by Michael Gibby (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the CRM-ish iPhone application handles information.

Information you store in CRM-ish

You may choose to enter workspace names, event details, topics, contact names and business contact information, notes, follow-ups, assignments, and contact photos. You control the information you enter and are responsible for having an appropriate basis to store and share it.

Where information is stored

CRM-ish keeps an offline cache in the app's private container on your device. When iCloud is available, CRM-ish uses Apple CloudKit to synchronize data through the Apple Account signed into the device.

Private records are stored in the user's private CloudKit database. Workspace records become available to other people only when the workspace owner uses Apple's sharing features to invite them. Separate CRM-ish customers do not receive access to one another's workspaces.

Information we collect

The current version of CRM-ish does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, analytics SDKs, or a developer-operated account system. We do not receive your CRM records for advertising or data-broker purposes.

If you voluntarily contact us for support, we may receive information you provide, such as your email address, message, and diagnostic details. We use that information only to respond, investigate issues, and improve support.

Camera, photos, and contact QR codes

CRM-ish requests camera access only after you choose to take a contact photo or scan a contact QR code. The system photo picker appears only when you choose an existing image. CRM-ish receives only the image you select through that picker, not unrestricted access to your photo library.

CRM-ish may parse contact information contained in a QR code or vCard. It does not read your device address book.

Sharing and collaboration

Workspace owners choose whether to invite coworkers. Invited participants may be able to view or edit shared workspace information based on the permissions selected through Apple's sharing interface. Do not place information in a shared workspace unless it is appropriate for every participant who has access.

Retention, deletion, import, and export

Records remain on the device and in the applicable iCloud databases until they are deleted, the workspace is deleted or left, or they are removed under Apple's iCloud retention processes. CRM-ish provides complete archive export and contact CSV export features.

Deleting a workspace is intended to delete its team records and active share. Apple may retain backups or process deletions under its own policies.

Security

CRM-ish relies on iOS application isolation and Apple's CloudKit security and access controls. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep your device and Apple Account protected, and review workspace participants before sharing confidential information.

Children

CRM-ish is a business productivity application and is not directed to children. Do not use it to store children's personal information unless you have all permissions and legal authority required to do so.

International use

Apple may process iCloud data in accordance with Apple's services and policies. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to the business contact information you enter, including any notice, consent, retention, or deletion requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as CRM-ish changes. We will update the effective date and publish the revised policy at this URL. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or App Store listing when appropriate.
